My journey creating an innovative organization
Over my career, I have co-authored a book, published various articles and have been asked to give many presentations on the subjects of “Innovation,” “IT revenue generation,” and “IT as a profit center.” With the current challenges and ever evolving world of technology, the need for innovation is more important than ever. I plan to present my journey creating an innovation group .. processes, lessons learned etc . Thought leadership comes from all corners, so I welcome dialog and an opportunity to explore these ideas further.
